ADP® recognized for diversity, multiculturalism, corporate citizenship

  • For the fifth consecutive year, ADP® is among the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity. The list recognizes companies from a wide range of industries whose leadership, procurement practices, communications, and training best reflect the reality of the rapidly changing face of America. ADP® ranked #24 after more than 1,200 companies completed the detailed questionnaire that served as the basis for compiling this list.
  • For the first time, ADP® has been named to the Working Mother List of Best Companies for Multicultural Women, ranking among the top 25. Companies were selected based on their answers to an extensive questionnaire covering representation; hiring, attrition, and promotion rates; recruitment, retention, and advancement programs; and company culture.

  • Carlos Rodriguez, president and CEO of ADP®, was honored with the Corporate Citizen Award by New Jersey City University on June 5, 2014 in the Great Hall on Ellis Island. Mr. Rodriguez, a son of Cuban immigrants, chairs ADP’s executive diversity council and has long championed the goal of an expansive and inclusive workforce.
