- In FY 2012, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs conducted compliance evaluations at more than 4,000 contractor establishments, recovering more than $11 million in financial remedies for victims of discrimination.
- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has launched a special initiative to protect temporary employees from recognized workplace hazards.
