ADP launches next-generation platform to consolidate and streamline employee recruitment

ADP clients have a powerful new tool for consolidating and integrating the disparate tasks of recruitment and hiring. This past October marked the launch of ADP Recruiting Management, a next-generation platform for managing end-to-end talent acquisition.

"Recruiters today typically work with multiple channels to source and interact with active and passive candidates, screen and assess their suitability, and move them through the hiring and onboarding process," says Tony Marzulli, Vice President of Product Management at ADP Talent Management Solutions. "This frustrating hodge-podge of solutions can yield less-than-ideal results. ADP Recruiting Management automates and integrates these many steps."

ADP Recruiting Management supports a variety of processes, handling everything from resume management and interview scheduling to sending appointment reminders and follow-up communication between the candidate and company. Reporting and advanced analytic capabilities help managers make better hiring decisions.

Also included are robust social and mobile tools that help employers expand their reach and better engage top candidates. For example:

  • Just follow the menus and prompts to quickly set up a talent community. This lets you create dedicated microsites for candidates in specific niches (e.g., engineers, production managers, marketers). Use this to create a pool of passive candidates that you can quickly reach out to when a position opens up.
  • These same talent communities are automatically reformatted for mobile access by candidates via smartphones and tablets.
  • Social networking features let you quickly import a candidate's information from social networking sites such as LinkedIn.

ADP already provides a number of recruiting management solutions to more than 4,600 companies of all sizes. One company that already has taken advantage of the new ADP Recruitment Management solution is Direct General Corporation®, a financial services holding company with 1,800 employees across 420 offices in the United States. "Working with our former vendor was challenging, and we found our HR managers were spending 90 percent of their time troubleshooting the system versus sourcing, working with candidates, and filling jobs," says Bill Smith, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Direct General. "With ADP, we have the tools, insight and expertise to deliver a fresh, modern, and best-in-class experience."

Just follow the menus and prompts in ADP Recruiting Management to set up an online talent community.
