ADP "Innovation Day" showcases new technology solutions

This past October, ADP® hosted its first-ever Innovation Day, a live virtual event to unveil new and enhanced technologies for its clients. Among the announcements:

  • ADP Recruiting Management, a unified next-generation platform that helps you better manage the talent acquisition process. This end-to-end solution helps engage social and mobile users, enabling increased collaboration and more effective sourcing of candidates.
  • A tablet version of ADP's popular Mobile Solutions App, providing employees with mobile access to key functions, including pay, hours and benefits. This app is already used by almost 1.4 million workers across 47,000 clients in 35 countries and 27 languages.
  • Significant enhancements to ADP Vantage HCM® and ADP Workforce Now®Human Capital Management solutions that help midsize and large businesses handle everything from basic payroll to managing provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
